This data is used for analysis of visit and click behaviour on the website. Union uses this information to improve the operation and security of the website. This data is anonymized whenever possible and is never used for marketing and/or advertising purposes. This information will not be provided to any third parties except those listed below.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Union uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website, and has entered into a processor agreement with Google for this purpose. The information thus obtained, including the anonymized address of your computer (IP address, minus the last octet), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google’s privacy policy for more information; you will also find Google Analytics’ privacy policy there. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports on the Website to Union. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Union has no control over this. Union has explicitly not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through Union for other Google services, such as Adwords or Optimize, or to share data with third parties.
SAFETY
To promote the security of this website, Union uses a third party (Wordfence), which takes measures that require IP address storage. This is normally kept for 90 days, unless the IP address is related to malicious requests, in which case it is kept longer.
NEWSLETTER
Union processes your email address for sending newsletters, if you have signed up for them, and for no other purpose. These email addresses are stored with a third party (Brevo).
